The effects of 2 weeks eating in China.

We're escorted to the train station to catch our ride to Hong Kong. This is my Dad's first trip back to Hong Kong since he immigrated to Canada (40+ years) and my first trip ever!

We arrive in Hong Kong and go our separate ways. Auntie Angela will only be staying a few days. The Tong sisters will be staying for a full month. We have 10 days to explore. We're suprised by Mom's highschool friend Betsy and her husband Frank who meet us at the train station and lead us to our hotel and around town. We ride one of the double-decker trolleys affectionately called the "ding ding".

We pass by the Lee Theatre Plaza. It used to be a Chinese opera theatre, then a cinema, but now it's a shopping complex. Below, Christmas decorations are going up outside Time Square shopping centre in Causeway Bay.

Our little hotel room.
