Today we go to Cheng Chau Island (長洲) with mom's highschool friends and visit a couple who live there. Cheng Chau is southwest of Hong Kong Island and it's about an hour ride on the ferry from Central harbour.

We have a special seafood lunch prepared for us that is perhaps one of the best seafood meals I've had in my life.

The crayfish have to be wiggled around to loosen their shells before you crack it open.

The shrimp is loaded with oil, green onions and garlic and you just slurp it all from the shell...yum yum yum!

Not seafood, but the sweet and sour pork was also a signature dish of this restaurant. With full stomachs, we take a walk down the harbour and check out a temple before heading back to Hong Kong Island.

Our last night in Hong Kong, we take a look at the city lights across Victoria Harbour before a last meal at Mak's Noodle.
